Hobbycraft Demo Day!

Hi all, a quick post from me tonight to show you some pics from today's Demonstrations at Hobbycraft.
I'm posting from my phone which doesn't allow for much editing I'm afraid so hopefully it comes out ok...
First off Happy Mothers Day to those of you celebrating it today. The UK momma's celebrated a couple of months ago & we're almost ready for Father's Day here! Anyway enjoy your day whatever you're up to :) x
I had a great day of colouring & chatting to the lovely folk & customers at Hobbycraft & I got to play with my new line of clear stamps too. I really love the way you can create a scene with stamps! Loads of fun.
I created a scene for both Bubbles & my Mew-vellous Moggie using accessories from the stamp sets.
Below is my little craft table with my new stamps proudly displayed up front!

After this I'll be MIA for a while as taking a well earned break with the folks to the sunshine but I'll be back before you know it with June's new collection & the new stamps will be on sale too!! Yay!!
I hope you've all had a great weekend. Night all. xXx

Dance Like Nobody's Watching

Hi all,

After my #craftfail earlier this week when my silicone adhesive leaked through my marker paper making my poor 'Ginger' look like she had nasty smudge on her face I am happy to show you the final card minus nasty smudge!!

I actually prefer my colouring second time around so hey ho! :)

I've used the Echo park Note To Self Paper Pad which is a perfect mix of cinema & musical references for using with Ginger.

Below is the inside if the card with a strip of those cinema tickets cut from the papers.

Right back when I first drew 'Ginger' I had her in a red dress in my head & she's turned out just as I imagined :) Believe me that doesn't happen often!!

When colouring shadows on red I use shades of brown. I found this works with the warmth of the shade of red I used.

I hope you like the card - finally :) & I hope you like Ginger Dancing as much as I do.

Have a great day

xXx

Say Hi to our new DT!!! Yay! :)

Evening everyone!

Its been a busy week here at T4T what with the new releases & with various other projects I've got on the boil... There'll be a sneak here tomorrow about one of them....:)

I am really delighted that amongst all this activity some wonderful card makers have agreed to be part of my Design Team! yay! So please join me & welcome our new additions to the team!

Hello I'm Anita.
I created my blog in order to share my projects with others. I get so much inspiration from viewing your blogs and I hope maybe you'll see something on my blog that inspires you.
I love painting and stamping and these hobbies help keep me sane.
I am married to my best friend and we have one beautiful daughter and one adorably handsome little grandson.

This is Anita's first card using my new digi Girl on a Bench - inspiring title huh?! Haha!
Isn't this gorgeous? Please follow the link on Anita's name above to check out more of her beautiful cards.

I'm a 22 year old Geordie, with a ridiculous love for all things paper.
Between filling my days with the menial day job and the delicious sleeps I manage to fit in some paper crafting here and there.
I create pretty cards to give to friends and family to help celebrate special moments they want to remember.
I really enjoying the colouring side of the hobby and have been using ProMarkers on my work for about three years.
My craft corner in my teeny bedroom is usually filled with sounds from Spotify and the snores and snuffles of Shadow the cat. I also enjoy gardening, reading and enjoying the great out doors.

This is Lou's work in progress of new digi Veronica. I can't wait to see the finished card! I know its going to be awesome like all her cards. Check out her blog through the link on her name above.

Finally we have a guest designer who is a little shy so no big intro's just her first card which speaks for itself... :)

Pops has used Topknot Girl on her card & oh wow how gorgeous are all those embellishments?
You can check out her creations through the link on her name above.

So Anita & Lou join Emma, Corinne & Carlyann as permanent members of the team & Pops will be joining us as a Guest DT. I'm thrilled to have such talented ladies working alongside me & my artwork & I'm really excited to see their inspiring cards over the coming months.

If you can please leave a comment to welcome our lovely team I know they'd appreciate it & look out for more inspiration coming soon....

xXx

May Release & a Freebie!!!

Hey! Its New release day!!!! :)

Please say hi to Ginger the first of the new releases for May! She's a really classy gal inspired by the amazing actress/dancer Ginger Rogers. I'm having a bit of a 1940's moment this month so expect more period inspired gals to come...

So we have a few new releases today so please read right through to the end as there are details of how you can get a freebie later on. Yay!

Ginger & her 1940's friend Veronica are up first! Aren't they glam? Really love them.

2 of my favourite pastimes are up next! Colouring & drinking tea! haha! I couldn't resist.

These 2 gorgeous ladies are a little more grown up. I was inspired by some of the fashion at Coachella and other festival gals when I drew them. I think they'll be great for scrapbooking as well as teenage cards.

Finally I have a couple of cuties, really sweet and charming, perfect for any occasion or so I hope :)

You can as always get any of my stamps here. The new stamps (ONLY) can now be downloaded direct from Etsy. This is a new feature so if anyone has any problems do let me know.

So on to that freebie! Yay I hear you cry! :) Until Saturday I would like to offer you all 1 free digi of your choice with your purchase from the new collection. This is limited to 1 per person but you can choose any digi in store!! Cool huh?!
So things to remember... make your purchase from the new collection as normal but add into your comments the digi you would like for free. I will then send this digi on separately via email by Sunday 5th May. The offer will end midnight (UK) Saturday 4th May.

Please feel free to let your blogger friends know about the offer too! & please keep sending me your pics through Facebook. I love to see what you all create.
Oh! & look out for inspiration from my DT over the coming days as well as some new DT member announcements!

Happy colouring! Time for a cuppa for me I think :)

xXx
